Very responsive to messages on Yelp and flexible with scheduling. I had them clean my home prior to moving in and they did a wonderful job. They were on time and thorough in the cleaning. They are also super affordable, especially compared to similar competitors in the area. I'll be using them for any future home cleaning needs.

They did a fantastic job with our home. Everything was just as it should be, and they really went the extra mile for our house that has two kids and a dog! They were also affordable, and were accommodating with our request to use non-toxic cleaning supplies (for our kids and pet). I first hired Passeto Cleaning Services back in 2020 to clean our home. We own multiple pets and with multiple pets comes lots of extra hair and grime. We needed a cleaning service to help us manage all of that and keep us sane with a clean home. They did a great job doing a move-out clean of our 2br apartment! They got our stovetop cleaner than before we even moved in- they did such a great job on the bathroom and kitchen especially. Clear communication and texting about timing, prices, how to pay, etc. Showed up on time and were done in under 2 hours which was perfect. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for cleaners!

Excellent cleaning service! They've been cleaning our house for a few months now, ever since we had a baby and couldn't keep up with the cleaning on our own. They're always very prompt and reliable, arriving on time and accommodating our schedule. Lucia is very responsive and kind - they even left us a little gift for the holidays! I've also been very appreciative of their Covid protocols - they always wear masks and are respectful of social distancing (really nice for us with an infant). This company is absolutely AMAZING! Due to a cancellation, they were able to schedule an appointment for the next day. They were extremely friendly, efficient, and professional. Our condo has NEVER looked and smelled so good!! They were very respectful of our space and were great with our two cats. Payment is extremely easy and electronic.
